The Role

This role will see you engage with those experiencing homelessness and provide case management to assist with overcoming barriers and successfully maintaining an independent tenancy:
Key responsibilities:
This position is full time, 6 month fixed term until June 2025, based at our Maryborough office.
About you:
You will demonstrate experience in a similar role, including experience in case management and/or provision of support services. In addition, you will have relevant qualifications and/or experience in a human services framework for people presenting as homeless, including a demonstrated understanding of the needs of people experiencing homelessness or housing crisis and knowledge of relevant local support services.
